Kuhmo Chamber Music warmly welcomes all guests to its events. We improve our understanding of the needs of special groups through inclusive tourism training. In developing our services, we also follow the guidelines provided by the Culture for All service.

The colour schemes of our website and online ticketing system have been adapted to better serve visitors with visual impairments. Essential assistants accompanying a person with a disability are admitted free of charge to concerts. Wheelchair users have designated spaces in different areas of the audience, ramps to facilitate access, and parking spaces near entrances. Hearing aid users can benefit from induction loop systems available in concert venues. Any programme changes are announced to the audience. Above all, staff members are available at all festival service points to assist all visitors equally and respectfully.

We strive to keep ticket prices affordable. Approximately 20 free events are offered each year. Complimentary tickets are available through the Kaikukortti programme for people experiencing financial hardship. Visitors 20 years or under 20, students and unemployed persons are entitled to discounted ticket prices.

Below you will find information about the accessibility of our facilities and venues.
