Ella Pyhältö

Ella Pyhältö is a freelance actress from Helsinki and chair of the Finnish association of actors, Suomen Lausujain Liitto. She has appeared at the Finnish National Theatre, the Open Doors Theatre in Helsinki, Suomen Komediateatteri and at Teatteri Jurka, again both in Helsinki. Recitation and acting have always been a part of life, ever since she was little. She has produced several events for the annual poetry festival in Kajaani, which have later been taken on tours around the country. Roughly translated, legendary Finnish actor Veikko Sinisalo said that acting was like royalty.
