Tuomo Matero

Tuomo Matero

Tuomo Matero is from Kajaani, in north-eastern Finland. He plays double bass in the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra. He also teaches the instrument at the Kauniainen Music Institute. He graduated with a master's degree in music from the Sibelius Academy in 2016. In his spare time, Matero enjoys the countryside and riding his eight year old Hanoverian gelding.
