Michel Lethiec

Michel Lethiec regularly performs at major festivals and concert halls around the world. As a chamber musician he has collaborated with several outstanding figures, such as Arto Noras, Frans Helmerson, Patrick Gallois, Yuri Bashmet and Yehudi Menuhin. He is also a member of the Paris Wind Trio. Lethiec has played as soloist with the St Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra, the English Chamber Orchestra, the Mozarteum Orchestra and many other orchestras. He has performed much contemporary music and, for example, premiered works by Penderecki and Corigliano. Michel Lethiec teaches at the conservatories in Paris and Nice and gives masterclasses all over the world. He is also Artistic Director of the Pablo Casals Festival in Prades, France.
