French violinist Solenne Païdassi won the 2010 Long-Thibaud-Crespin Competition and has also seen success in several other violin competitions in France and elsewhere. She holds qualifications form the Geneva Conservatory, London's Royal Academy of Music, Philadelphia's Curtis Institute and the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media. Her busy concert schedule has included performances in Zürich's Tonhalle, New York's Carnegie Hall, Amsterdam's Concertgebouw and at several international festivals. Païdassi has played as soloist with the Radio France Philharmonic, Sinfonia Varsovia, Orchestre national de Lille, the Shanghai Grand Theatre orchestra and the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi.
